I create experiences that unlock potential.
Growth Design Leadership at MongoDB
MongoDB
New York City, 2021-present
At MongoDB, I lead the Growth Design team, focusing on designing with data, driving strategy through experimentation, and crafting experiences that help developers unlock the full potential of the MongoDB platform.
We’ve worked on growth frameworks for a B2B service and helped redefine what experimentation means for our design practice. My team’s work spans multiple parts of MongoDB services and has had a direct impact on onboarding and activation for both self-serve and enterprise users.
Grab
Singapore, 2019-2021
During my time at Grab, I focused on designing better ways for merchant partners to showcase their offerings, helping them grow their businesses while serving their customers more effectively. My work combined product design with field research and strategy planning, resulting in a marketing platform tailored to both long-tail and enterprise merchants. This led to the creation of features across both the Grab app and merchant web portal, grounded in real-world observations and user needs.
Samsung
Silicon Valley, 2014-2019
I began my career as a product designer at Samsung, starting in industrial design and quickly expanding into digital experiences. I worked across innovation labs focused on IoT, connected devices, and large-format displays, contributing to a wide range of projects. My portfolio includes work on products like The Frame TV, The Sero, Family Hub fridge, Wellness Hub, and several experimental concepts that explored the future of home technology.
